1 pkg Ramen Noodles
1 lb shrimp (shelled, deveined and patted dry)
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
Chop zucchini and shallots on a cutting board. Zucchini can be in strips or cubes, and shallots should be cut very small.
Make Ramen Noodles as usual with the directions on the package. Then, drain the noodles through a colander.
Heat non-stick sauté pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add shallots and shrimp to hot pan. Sauté for three to four minutes until shrimp are ready to turn. Add zucchini and flip the shrimp.
Now, you can add the Ramen Noodles to the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Then, you can add the teriyaki sauce of your choice. Quick tip: you can add a little orange juice to tone down the teriyaki sauce, but you don’t necessarily have to.
Let the mixture heat up completely before turning off the burner and serving.
